Every piece begins with a thoughtful conversation, shaped around your wishes and our artisan craft.
Submit your request
Tell us about your space, preferred patterns, colours, size and any ideas you already have through our enquiry form. We are also available at maison.serendipity2026@gmail.com.
Consultation & confirmation
Together, we refine your ideas and explore the possibilities. We can prepare visual mock-ups to help you imagine your Karakami in your space.
Creation & delivery
Once the design, size, timing and quotation are confirmed, your Karakami is commissioned and handcrafted in Kyoto.
Your order is carefully prepared and delivered with the attention it deserves.
